I got a job, with Leone Abbacchio's investigation firm. I'm hoping it will lead to legal access to the Lightless, but I'm remaining open to other avenues, in case it doesn't pan out.

When I first arrived, someone had made a comprehensive post of a great deal of what's happened here since the Moonblessed began showing up. It was too dense for me to retain most of it, but if I know what to look form, maybe I can glean some more useful information out of it.

Galo what are you

[That was as far as he got before his phone basically blew up with Galo's text messages, though he'd essentially stopped reading them the instant he got the 'Lio you need to come inside right now' message, body spurred into frantic action.

The balcony was connected to their now-guest bedroom, so it took him a moment to throw the sliding door open (without closing it again because who had time for that when Galo was in trouble), scramble through the room, and run out into the living space where their kitchen was.]

Galo, what the hell-

[Uh. Sure enough there's his boyfriend, and a dragon, just in their kitchen...

Lio just stared.]

... How did that get in here??

[galohen]

I have no idea! ( internally screaming. ) Look what it did to our kitchen!

( he pointed at the dragon who looked positively proud of itself as it wiggled its hindquarters at galo, then lio. its gaze lingered on the latter for a moment longer. galo then pointed at the window, which wasn't really a window any more--- just a hole big enough for one (1) scaly boy to slide in and cause some mischief. )

I didn't invite it in, it just... wanted in. ( and galo grumbled under his breath. ) It won't even listen to me.

( the dragon immediately gave galo a big, wet kiss in response as if to say 'yeah you're loud and i don't wanna' )

What're we supposed to do with it!

[It took Lio a solid moment to actually process what the hell he was looking at. A large lizard-like puppy with wings had essentially forced it's way in through the kitchen window - and they were several stories up so the thing must have flown into it - destroying the wall and a good chunk of the counter with it.

And now it was basically slobbering on Galo like a happy golden retriever. Lio snapped his fingers at the creature, approaching to get between it and Galo protectively.]

Get down! Get off him!!

[He turned to Galo.]

Just because I've been part dragon doesn't mean I know the first thing about how to deal with one! Ugh and this awful city doesn't have animal control. [Lio would know - he had to act the part of animal control last month after all.

Turning his back to the dragon probably wasn't the best idea, as the dragon had now decided to put its front paws up on Lio's back and push him forward, right into Galo.]

Augh, hey, cut that out!! Ugh we need to get rid of it.

You didn't keep me up. You're always warm. It's like having my own personal space heater.



Wait, you mean like a bad warm?

[It didn't take him long to come to the bedroom bearing gifts - a glass of ice water and a thermometer, as well as a none too happy expression on his face.]

( he was lying on top of the covers, legs and arms spread out wide--- starfished on the bed. )

You'll have to tell me if it looks alright. I'm not a tailor, like I've said, so it might not be pretty. But it's functional.

Well, that's better than nothing, especially given I'd planned to simply throw it out before.

[Though Lio did care about presentation more than someone who grew up without a lot of bare necessities probably ought to have. If it looked too bad, maybe he'd only wear it around the house. Sorry Kunikida.]
